Nominations and Elections

At the March Board of Directors' meeting, the current Association President convenes the with the four most recent, past presidents of the Association along with the current First Vice President to form a Nominating Committee.  Only regular Association members may be nominated.  The Nominating Committee submits a slate of officers and directors to the April Board of Directors' meeting.  The slate of nominees will be elected by a majority of Association members present at the Annual Members' meeting in May.  Directors and Officers are nominated for one-year, fiscal terms, beginning on June 1 of one year and ending on May 31 of the subsequent year.

  • A vacancy on the Board of Directors during the membership year may be filled by the Board of Directors.

  • A vacancy in any office shall be filled by the Board of Directors for the unexpired term.
