FEBRUARY 2003 MEETING MINUTES

The Sauganash Community Association Board of Directors met on February 25, 2003 for it monthly meeting.

      Ken Cunniff thanked Board members who donated their time for our annual Holiday party, which was a huge success.  The expenses of the 2002 Holiday party were about equal to past parties held at the Polish National Alliance (PNA). 

      Reservations have been made for next year’s Christmas/Holiday party to be at Monastero’s once again on December 5^th, 2003, the first Friday in December.

      Tom Kloempken reported that there are approximately 800 paid members as of this time.

      The Board of Directors’ dinner will be held this year on May 20, 2003, at Monastero’s.

      The 4^th of July picnic/parade will be co-chaired this year by Dennis Hammer.

      Ken Cunniff proposed two new board members to fill some recent vacancies:  Jack O’Donnell and Brian Alesia.
