A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Sauganash Community Assn. was held on June 26, 2006 at the North Shore Community Bank.

President Dennis Hammer called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.

Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.

The treasurer's report was reviewed and approved.

The real estate committee reported that Laurino's office is monitoring permits and variances.

Plans were finalized for the 4th of July parade and picnic. Whole foods paid for the band in the parade.

The real estate design committee continues to work on the Sauganash booklet.

The board adjourned at 7:55 P.M.
