President Sue Williamson called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. A motion was made and accepted to approve the February minutes.
The president announced that the nominating committee would like to convene at the end of the month to consider new Board candidates. All current Board members should notify the President if they wish to remain on the Board. In the future the names of those on the Board will be published in the Sauganash Sounds.

A second motion was made to reconsider the Board's position on beer for the event. After discussion the Board voted to reinstate the long held tradition of serving beer at the event. Park employees cannot participate in set up or clean up. They can only unlock the doors.
