The Sauganash Community Association met for its monthly board of directors’ meeting on September 24, 2002. 

Now for the news you’ve all been waiting for, a site for the Sauganash Community Association Christmas/Holiday party has been selected for the first Friday in December, December 6^th at  Monastero’s.  The party will be held in the Boticelli Room, buffet-style dinner, cash bar, entertainment.  Mark your calendars!

Pat Brennan, a former president of the Sauganash Community Association, from 1981 to 1982, and director since then, passed away on September 17^th after a long fight with cancer.  A $150 donation was made to the Maureen Brennan Memorial Trust Fund on behalf of the board.

There continues to be ongoing debate as to the effectiveness and/or necessity of additional snowplowing services provided by the community association.  We are currently looking into snowplowing services employed by other neighborhood organizations.
