Are you asking yourself "What is going on with the empty lots at the corner of Cicero & Devon?"  Ask no more.  Just come here for an update.

Current Status:  A zoning change is being heard on the 21st of February for the property located on the southwest corner of Devon and Cicero.  The owner of East of Edens is attempting to add additional parking for the "drive-in."  The owner of East of Edens also wants to annex parcels owned by the city, county and IDOT to increase the parking.

It has a 9:00 a.m. hearing on  Friday, Feb. 21, 2003 at the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Chicago in Room 200 City Council Chamber, 121 N. LaSalle St.  The above and foregoing applications for variations and variations in the nature of a special use in connection therewith are on file in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals and may be examined at said office by interested parties.
