Sauganash area residents who want to insulate their drafty homes could save up to $1,750 on insulation costs with the Chicagoland Air Sealing Pilot Program, available only to select communities. Peoples Gas is partnering with CNT Energy* to offer 85% rebates (capped at $1000) for Air Sealing, and 75% rebates (capped at $750) for Attic Insulation. In addition to these rebates, participants will receive a free radon
test, an energy assessment focused on energy efficiency and safety, quality work from pre-approved contractors, and follow-up testing to verify your
home’s improved performance. This Pilot Program will be available for a limited time on a first-come, first-served basis. *CNT Energy is a division of the Center for Neighborhood Technology, a Chicago based organization promoting urban sustainability.
